Car dealerships have an extraordinary amount of potential income sitting still on their properties. Given the amount of money on the line, all car dealerships should have security systems in place to ensure financial stability in the event of vandalism or theft. If you for some reason believe car lots are immune to criminals, here is a case from February 8, 2016, which will convince you otherwise.
What you just watched is one of the worst case scenarios for a car dealership to encounter. Sadly, stealing cars from car lots, or “Carjacking” is not completely unheard of. If you need further proof that your car lot is not immune from theft, here’s a video of a whole lot of thieves stealing a whole lot of potential income. In the next particular video, eight cars were stolen directly off of the car dealership’s lot.
Don’t let your business be put out of business, protect your dealership with car dealership security cameras. Thanks to the security systems installed in both of these facilities, several of the vehicles taken in these crimes have been recovered, and some of the criminals have been given a rendezvous with justice.
